2、tributionanddamageofCCNinTianjinandShandongProvince，speciesidentificationandphylogenetieanalysisofCCNpopulations，andresistanceevaluationofwheatcultivars，willprovidevaluableinformationforintegratecontrolofCCNandprotectthesecurityforcerealproductioninChina．DuringMayof2012，theinves

3、tigationofCCNwascarriedoutinwheatfieldsofDaliangandShengrenzhuangtowninTianjin，China．Total16sampleswithrootsandsoilswerecollected．TheanalysisrevelatedthatallsamplesweredetectedwithCCN，theincidenceratewas100％．ThepopulationdensityforDaliangsampelswere29．3cystsper200mLsoil，andtheav

4、eragenumberofeggswere135．2percyst，forShengrenzhuangsamples，with26．1cystsper200mLsoil，138．3eggspercyst，respectively．TheCCNspeciesofTianjinsampleswereidentifiedasHeteroderaavenaebymorphologicalcharacterization，rDNA-ITSanalysis，togetherwithmoleculardetectionbySCARmarkerandLAMPassay
