3、eofrepresentativeandurgency.Asthedepartmentonfrontline,theinspectionandquarantineofErlianhaotehasafootholdontheportanditservesforinternationalcommercialtrade.Althoughithasbeenmakingeffortonexploringhumanresource,therearestillsomeproblems,suchastheunreasonablestructu
4、reofhumanresource,thelackofinputabouteducationandtraining,theblockedpassinginandoutchannelfortalentedperson,theslow—movingofthestaff,andthebackwardmanagingpatternandSOon.Inconnectionwiththeseproblemsabove,thethesiswillmakeadiscussionaboutthecountermeasuresandsuggest
