1、摘要PCB行业的现有方案进行改进优化,包括优化ERP系统的主流程、子流程等,以此减少人为的干预，对企业臃肿的流程进行简化，提高PCB企业运行效率及流程优化的成功率,并加快企业现代化管理变革,提升核心竞争力。(4)通过BPR/ESIA/PDCA法对基于ERP系统的PCB业务流程的改进以及行业解决方案的改进，将现代ERP的管理理念、方法与企业实际经营管理科学完美地结合在一起，梳理和规范PCB企业的集团化业务流程，真正实现信息、资金、实物这三大块流程的协调同步，并确保整合成本和资源管理的统一；同时使得企业财务管理的过程及内部运作流程得到更好的优化，有效地将企业信息数据
