1、摘要轻量化是当前世界汽车材料技术发展的主导方向。应用高强度钢板制造车身,既可以减轻汽车重量,又可提高整车安全性。高强度钢板屈强高,冲压成形中将产生较大的扭曲和回弹变形。采用有限元数值模拟技术对高强度板件的成形性进行准确预测,将降低汽车冲压件制造成本、缩短新产品开发周期。本文通过单向拉伸实验测得了双相钢板B340/590DP的材料性能参数。采用软件DynaForm对某新型轿车的B柱加强板的成形进行了模拟。根据B柱加强板的形状特点及快速成形模拟结果对其进行了初步工艺补充和毛坯形状设计;进行了拉延工序仿真,利用仿真结果对工艺补充及毛坯形状进行了修正。组合影响
2、成形的工艺参数——摩擦系数、冲压速度、压边力及压边圈与凸模之间的相对位置四参数建立了正交试验,并进行了模拟,优选出参数组。按照优化参数能够使B柱加强板顺利拉延成形并满足质量要求。采用DynaForm软件对B柱加强板拉延成形裁剪后的回弹进行了仿真,仿真结果与实冲件测量结果吻合。关键词高强度钢板;B柱加强板;成形;正交实验;回弹万方数据AbstractAutomobilelightweightisthemaindevelopmentdirectionofmodernmaterialtechnique.Theapplicationofhighstrength
