2、ysis．Methods：60casesmettheinclusioncriteriawererandomlydividedinto3timesaweekgroupand6timesaweekgroup，thetwogroupswerebothtreatedwithordinaryacupuncture，OnH—BsubscaleandFDIsubscaletestingonpatientsbeforetreatmentandafterfourcoursesrespectively．Observetheinfluenceonefficacyofacupuncturewithdifferent

3、timeintervalsinthetreatmentofperipheralfacialparalysis．Results：(1)Afterfourcoursesoftreatment，comparisonoftheefficacyindicatorsoftwogroupsbeforeandaftertreatmentweresignificantdifferences(P<0．01)，whichindicatedthatthetreatmentmethodsoftwogroupsbothcanimprovethepatient’Sfacialnervefunction．(2)Aftert

4、reatment，comparisonoftheefficacyindicatorsoftwogroupswasnotstatisticallysignificant(P>0．05)，。whichindicatedthatthetwogroupsnosignificantdifferenceinimprovingthepatient’Sfacialnervefunction．(3)Thetotaleffectiverateof3timesaweekgroupand6timesaweekgroupwere82．76％and86·67％respectively,whichhavenodiffer

5、encesstatisticallysignificant(P>0．05)，suggestingthattheefficacyoftwogroupsdidnotdiffersignificantly．Conclusions：1．Acupuncturetreatmentofperipheralfacialparalysisiseffective，thetwodifferentintervalsacupuncturetreatmentbothcanbesignificantlyimprovedthepatient’Sfacialnervefunctionandthepatient’sphysic

6、alandsocialfunction，whichsuggestedthatacupuncturenotonlyreducethefacialparalysissymptomsbutalsoimprovethebody’Soverallhealthstatus．2·Acupuncture3timesor6timesweeklyhasnoeffecttheefficacyoftheperipheralfacialparalysis，therefore，theintervaldayacupuncturetreatmentprogramshouldbeused，whichCanavoidrepea
