3、tations,lowqualityservice,allthesefactorshinderspublictransportationsystemfromcompetingagainsttheothers.Thesemakethetransit-prioritystrategymoredifficulttobeputintopractice.Itisalongwaytogoforthepublictransportationundertheburdensofurbanizationandmobilization.Tofindaroadfortransit-prioritypra
4、ctice,accelerateurbantransitdevelopment,here,amethodbasedonthetransit-prioritystrategyandoptimizedresidenttraveltheoryisproposed.Byanalyzingtheurbantransitdevelopmentregularpattern,summarizingthepracticeexperienceofthetransit-priorityinChina,theprimarycausewhichhindersthetransit-priorityisfou
5、nd.Additionally,byreferringtothetransit-prioritysuccessfulexperiencefromdevelopedcountries,afewsuggestionshavebeenprovidedinthisarticletoimprovethetransit-prioritysysteminChina.Themainconclusionsareasfollows:1）Fromthedomesticimplementationofthestrategyofcitybusprioritypracticeexperience,imple
