4、zationnormallyproducestubularstructuresofanodictitaniumoxide(ATO).Uptonow,thepreparationofTi02nanoporebyanodizationisstillachallengewithlimitedprogress·Inthisthesis.ATOnanoporeformationmechanismwasstudiedandwiththemodifiedexperimentalparameters,Ti02nanoporew
5、aspreparatedbysecond-stepanodizationforthefirsttime.Recently,wefoundthattheexistenceofTiF62’hydrolyticreactionleadstothedepositionofTi02onthesurface,whichthenchangedthemorphologyofthebarrier1averandinducedtheanodiccurrentredistribution,andasaresult,thewallof
6、nanoporewasseparatedandnanoporesstructuretransformedtonanotube.Withthisasbackground,inthisstudy,wesystematicallystudiedtheinfluenceofinitialmorphologyoftheTi02barrierlayeronitscurrentdensitydistribution,bycontrollingthemorphologyofthisinitialTi02barrierlayer
