3、system.Thesystemcaneffectivelysolvetheproblemofthedisorderedplanningandworkshopmanagementcausedbyproductdiversityandurgentdelivery.Theproposedresearchhasconsideredthedrawbacksrelatedtotheinformationexchangeandcoordinationbetweentheupperandlowerplanningofthetraditionalhierarch
4、icalproductionplanningandcontrolprocess.Moreover,currentresearchhasstudiedthecharacteristicsofhighvarietiesandsmallbatchproductionandMTOmodetodecomposethetraditionalmethodofproductionplanningandcontrolwithenterpriselevel,workshoplevelandgrouplevel,anddesignanewplanningsystemw
5、ithorder-receivinglevel,planninglevelandexecutionlevel.Furthermore,onthebasisofthisnewplanningsystem,currentresearchhasformulatedtheenterpriseinformationplatformwithadvancedplanningandscheduling(APS)asacorepartintegratedwithenterpriseresourceplanning(ERP)andmanufacturingexecu
6、tionsystem(MES).Inaddition,thecurrentresearchproposesanAPS-leadedplanningsystemusingTheoryofConstraintsalgorithmassistedwiththeworkloadcontrol(WLC)androllingplantooptimizetheproductionplanning,andemploysWLCinorder-receivingleveltoevaluatetheduedate.Furthermore,theproposedrese
7、archanalyzesTOCandWLCmethodsbasedonthedevelopedsystemindetail.Moreover,thepresentedplanningsystemisappliedtoaprintedcircuitboard(PCB)manufacturingcompanyinChinawiththeapplicationofAPSsoftware.Resultsindicateseveraladvantagesoftheproposedproductionplanningandcontrolsysteminter
