3、hispaperdescribesthetheoryoflow-carbontransportandcarbonemissionlevels,analysisofthefactorsaffectingtherelationshipbetweenthelevelofcarbonemissionsevaluationandselectascientificevaluationmethods.thelevelofcarbonemissionsintheroadtransportation’sfactorsisdividedintofourparts.Suchasenergyeff
4、iciency,transportstructure,energysavingeffectivenessandsectorialpolicies.Thispaperisbasedontheprinciplesofscientificandsystematictobuildtheroadtransportationsectorcarbonemissionsevaluationsystem,thispaperadoptedtothelevel-fuzzycomprehensiveevaluationmethodtobeevaluated.Aboveall,thispaperha
5、vetheIndexweightsandtheformoftheevaluation,andbuildacompleteroadtransportsectorcarbonemissionsevaluationsystem.Finally,thispapertheroadtransportationofShanxiProvinceasanexample,usingacombinationofglobalandlocalwaytoevaluationtheShanxiroadtransportation’scarbonemissions.Baseonthisanalysis,t
