2、tenergyconservationworktoachievethelowpowerconsumption,lowemissionsandhighefficiencyoftheecosystem,makealow-carbondevelopmentontransportation.Atpresent,thereareafewofstudiesonevaluationofcarbonemissionlevels.Aboveall,thispaperbegintostudyonevaluationofcarbonemissionlevelsinroad
3、transportation.Firstly,thispaperdescribesthetheoryoflow-carbontransportandcarbonemissionlevels,analysisofthefactorsaffectingtherelationshipbetweenthelevelofcarbonemissionsevaluationandselectascientificevaluationmethods.thelevelofcarbonemissionsintheroadtransportation’sfactorsis
4、dividedintofourparts.Suchasenergyefficiency,transportstructure,energysavingeffectivenessandsectorialpolicies.Thispaperisbasedontheprinciplesofscientificandsystematictobuildtheroadtransportationsectorcarbonemissionsevaluationsystem,thispaperadoptedtothelevel-fuzzycomprehensiveev
5、aluationmethodtobeevaluated.Aboveall,thispaperhavetheIndexweightsandtheformoftheevaluation,andbuildacompleteroadtransportsectorcarbonemissionsevaluationsystem.Finally,thispapertheroadtransportationofShanxiProvinceasanexample,usingacombinationofglobalandlocalwaytoevaluationtheSh
