1、北京化工大学硕士学位论文1.Atotalof60compoundswereidentifiedunambiguouslyortentativelyincluding8flavones,7peptides,36triterpenoidsaponins,6procyanidinesand3othercompounds.Amongthesecompounds,35triterpenoidsaponinswereidentifiedasnovelsaponins.Additionally,aflavone,allthepeptidesand4procyanidineswererepor
2、tedingenusCamelliaforthefirsttime.2.Thefragmentationpathwaysofteasaponinsinnegativeionmodeweresystemicallyinvestigatedforthefirsttime,andanewstrategyforrapidcharacterizationofsaponinswasdeveloped.Thesaponinscouldbeidentifiedasthreeparts:acylgroups,glycosides,andaglycones.Firstly,fortheacylgr
3、oups,whetherthesugarresidueionatm/z451orrn/z481wasexistornotcoulddistinguishnormalanddesacyl—saponins.Secondly,theacylgroupandglycosidecouldbededucedfromlossofmonosaccharideresiduessuccessively.Thelastpartwasaglycones.Fordesacyl-saponins,theformulaforaglyconescouldbededucedfromthe【Aglycone-H
4、】一ion,andfornormalsaponins,itcouldbecalculated.3.Thefragmentationbehaviorindifferentcollisionmodes(HCDandCID)werecomparedandevaluated.TheresultshowedthatHCDmodedidn’tsuitfortheidentificationofsaponins,butcontributetocharacterizeflavonesandpeptides。Moreover,HCDmodewasmoreeffectiveonprocyanidi
5、nesthanCIDmode4.Thechemicalconstituentsinthetestawereestimated,anditdemonstratedthattestahadsameflavonesandpeptidesasfruitsdid.However,inteaseedfruit,thespeciesofsaponinswerelessthanthatoftesta(4kinds).Finally,procyanidinesandcoffinewerenotdetected.Thisstudystatedpotentialdevelopmentvaluesin
