1、AbstractAbstractThebranchbanksofHunanwhichbelongstotheHouseholdsectorofGreatQingDynastyestablishedin1909wasthefirstnew-typefoundedintheModernofHunan.TheriseofmodernbanksintheearlyRepublichadashort-termdevelopment,however,becauseofpoliticalinstabilityinHunan,theconfusedfightingb
2、etweenthewarlords,thebanksbecamesomekindsoftoolsforthewarlordstocollectwealthillegally,What’smore,withthepersonnelsystemwasimperfectandthebusinessofthebanksweregettingworseandworse,then,theyroseandfellwiththewarlords.Aftertheyearof1922,thebankofHunancollapsedcompletely,andthepr
3、ivatebankstookoverthebusinessofthebanks.AftertheestablishmentoftheNankingNationalGovernmentin1927,thesituationofHunanpoliticalwasverystable;athousandbusinessesremaintobedone.Duringtheyearsfrom1927to1937,thedevelopmentofthebankofHunanhadaclimaxdrivenbyPolitical,economicandotherf
4、actorstimelyreturnoftheHunanbanksrestored.Thebankslearnedlessonsfrompreviousonesduringtheperiod,thebanksofHunanwerefoundedallovertheprovince.Thebusinessraninorder,hadwidelyrangeandhadanimportantimpacttoHunansociety:assistedlocalpublicconstructionsandindustrialandcommercialdevel
5、opmentinHunan,promotednationalfinancialpolicy,financialstabilityintheprovinceandmaintainedthemarketwhichhadmadepositivecontributions.However,thebanksinthisperiodstillhadsomeshortcomings:thedepartmentofthebanks:inregionwereunbalanced,thereceivedtheywereimportanttoolsforthegovern
