1、摘要我国的证券市场经历了十多年的发展。在传统的盈利模式下,营销渠道得不到证券公司应有的重视。近年来,随着证券行业市场化改革加快,证券公司及其营业网点增多,行业内竞争日趋激烈。对于证券市场而言,“渠道时代”已经来临。拥有良好的营销渠道就是拥有市场,就可以获得最大的市场价值。方正证券正进行股改,有望在今年上半年实现IPO上市。随着公司快速成长,以及证券业内竞争不断加剧,公司需要在维护好原有客户的同时,进一步打造强势稳定的营销渠道,不断提高自身的核心竞争力满足市场的需要。本文以方正证券营销渠道作为研究对象,阐述了营销渠道相关的理论知识,以及五力模型和SWOT模型
2、常用的定性分析方法,通过对方正证券所处市场环境,及其营销渠道所存在的问题进行了分析,提出了营销渠道优化设计的方案,包括加强区域营业网点的管理、加强资源与渠道整合、加强渠道成员管理和加强“联盟”建设四个方面,结合公司实际经营情况,对营销渠道优化进行了预期效果的评价,在此基础上,提出了优化方案实施的措施保障。通过本文研究,研究结论基本符合方正证券发展实际,对方正证券具有重要的指导意义。关键词营销渠道,证券公司,渠道优化ABSTRACTChinesesecuritiesmarkethasexperiencedmorethanadecadeofdevelopmen
