3、reswhopresentsinHospitalofgansuprovinceOrthopaedicEmergencydepartmentbetweenOctober2010toOctober2011,sixtypatientschosenbyadoptionstandardsanddiagnosedwithdistalradialfractureswererandomlydividedintotwogroups(Theelectronicintelligencesplintgroup30casesandthetraditionalsplintgroup30cases)
4、,Tostudytheeffectofthesetwotherapyon60sufferersafter6months.WeusedGartlandandWerlle’swristjointscoringstandardstoevaluatethecurativeeffect.FromtheResidualdeformity,subjectiveevaluation,objectivemeasuresandcomplicationsintermsofevaluation.followingfouraspects，Priorityof0to2,goodin3to8poin
5、tscanbe9to20,poor20points。Imagingevaluationbeforetreatmentandafter6weeksafterulnardeviation,palminclination,radialheightofthreeaspectsoftheevaluation.Andafter2weeks,swelling,painassessment。Results:Aftertreatmentforsixmonths,wefoundthatthereisasignificantdifferentbetweentheelectronicintel
6、ligencesplintgroupandthetraditionalsplintgroupinimageology,swellingscoringsystemandpainscoringsystem.WristscoreaccordingtoGartlandandWerlley。Bytherankandtestingofelectronicsplintgroupandtraditionalsplintgrouptwosetsofresults,Z=2.084,P=0.037,p<0.05。Thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant
