1、学习型组织对英语教师专业发展抑制因素研究Abstract:ThearticleanalyzesfactorswhichinhibitestheEnglishteachers,developmentinthecollectiveinquiryofanEnglishTeachingandResearchGroup(ETRG).BasedonSenge"s(1990)systemicthinkingof^learningorganizationv,theconclutionisdrawedthatteachers^owndefen

4、eassomevaluablesub-themesgeneratedinthecoursedidnotgetintothecenterofinquiry.Suchsub-themeswereashowtoimprovestudents,languagesense,students,requestsforEnglishfilmsandmoreoralclasses,coldstudent-teacherrelationshipandetc.Whatteachersinquiredfocusedmoreonhowtotrains
