1、对肛肠术后患者实施主动护理干预的效果分析(攀枝花市中心医院普外科四川攀枝花617000)【摘要】目的：研究主动护理干预对肛肠术后患者的治疗效果分析。方法：将我科2012.2-2015.2收治的128例肛肠手术患者随机分观察组和对照组，每组分64例，对照组行常规护理方法进行治疗，观察组采取主动护理干预，如术前准备、心里护理、术后并发症等进行全方位护理，严密观察患者术后并发症和恢复情况。治疗8d后，根据两组患者术后并发症和优质护理满意度调查，判定肛肠术后患者早期护理干预的效果。结果：观察组并发症发生率达7
2、.81%,对照组并发症发牛率达26.56%,差异有统计学意义PV0.05。根据两组患者填写优质护理满意度调查表对比得出：观察组患者经护理干预后，总满意度高达90.6%；对照组患者的总满意度达73.4%0差异有统计学意义P<0.05结论：早期的护理干预可以使患者术后并发症发牛率降低，治疗效果明显，减轻患者痛苦，还提高患者满意度，所以主动护理干预对肛肠病人恢复有非常重要意义，值得临床采用。【关键词】肛肠术后；主动护理干预；效果【中图分类号】R473.6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(201
