1、头鞄哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉毒素治疗82例COPD合并下呼吸道感染的疗效[□新娣(河南煤化集团公司焦作屮央医院454003)【摘要】目的探讨头抱哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并下呼吸道感染的治疗效果。方法选取2011年1月〜2012年7月来我院治疗的COPD合并呼吸道感染患者164例,随机分为两组,观察组82例给予头抱哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉毒素治疗,对照组82例仅给予头抱哌酮舒巴坦治疗,比较两组的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.9%,对照组总有效率为75.6%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的白细胞恢复正常时间、退热时间、肺部啰
2、咅消失时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o两组不良反应的发生情况无显著性统计学差异(P>0.05)o结论头孑包哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉毒素治疗COPD合并下呼吸道感染,疗效好,治疗时间短,可快速改善临床症状,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。【关键词】头砲哌酮舒巴坦克拉霉素COPD下呼吸道感染【中图分类号】R453【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2012)25-0164-02Effectofcefoperazonesulbactamcombinedwithclarithromycinon82casesofchro
