1、头鞄哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉毒素治疗82例COPD合并下呼吸道感染的疗效[□新娣(河南煤化集团公司焦作屮央医院454003)【摘要】目的探讨头抱哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并下呼吸道感染的治疗效果。方法选取2011年1月〜2012年7月来我院治疗的COPD合并呼吸道感染患者164例，随机分为两组，观察组82例给予头抱哌酮舒巴坦联合克拉毒素治疗，对照组82例仅给予头抱哌酮舒巴坦治疗，比较两组的临床效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.9%,对照组总有效率为75.6%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，观察组的白细胞恢复正常时间、退热时间、肺部啰
