1、奥美拉卩坐联治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察及护理干预杨娟张金龙肖红孙蓉史思淑(四川省绵阳市中医医院机关分院，四川绵阳621000)【摘要】目的分析奥美拉“坐治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效及护理。方法将2010年01月至2013年12月在我院门诊及住院65例FD患者随机分为2组，对照组口服多潘立酮片，每日3次，每次治疗组在口服多潘立酮片的基础上加用奥美拉哇胶囊，每日1次，每次20mg,疗程均为2周。观察2组患者上腹部疼痛、餐后饱胀、胃部烧灼感、暧气、反酸等症状的改善程度。结果2组治疗及护理干预前后上腹部疼痛、胃部烧灼感、暧气、反酸
2、症状评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),餐后饱胀症状评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组总疗效比较，治疗组(87.5%)明显高于对照组(69.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论奥美拉卩坐联合多潘立酮治疗FD临床疗效肯定，而且药物不良反应较少，值得临床推广，是治疗FD的首先用药。【关键词】功能性消化不良；奥美拉哇；多潘立酮；护理干预【中图分类号】R573【文献标号】A【文章编号】2096-0867(2015)02-0031-02EfficacyobservationofNursinginte
