1、建筑工程项目造价控制的完善浅析［摘要］随着工程造价领域改革的不断发展，原冇的工程造价控制体系已不能适应社会主义市场经济体制的需要，特别是加入世贸之后，这种管理体系已不适应参与国际工程咨询市场的经营和竞争。尤其是实行建筑工程项口法人负责制，加大了项口法人对建筑工程项口工程造价的责任和风险，客观上要求对建筑工程项目实行全过程造价控制。建筑工程项目呈现出投资额大、建设周期长、投资一次性、综合性强，利益相关方众多等特点，这就要求建筑工程项目的造价控制必须建立一个全过程的造价控制系统，使其各阶段相互制约，相互促进。
2、目前，我国工程造价控制水平相对较低，使得很多建筑工程项目的投资得不到冇效的管理。虽然建筑工程项口的全过程造价控制理论已基木建立起来，但是在具体理论应用和实际操作中仍然存在很多问题。本文的研究主要是在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，通过分析建筑工程项目造价控制屮存在的问题，捉出造价控制时造价的合理确定与有效控制应采取的措施。希望通过木文的研究，对建筑工程项目加强口身的成本控制和管理具有一定的借鉴作用。［关键字］建筑工程项目造价控制工程造价Studyonthecostcontrolofthearchitectura
