3、chiscontinuouslymetabolisminbodyfluidsorincombinationwithtargetorgans,butnotexactlyreflecttheinvivothelevelofantibodyandCK.In80s,foreignresearchersestablishedsolidphaseenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISPOT)todetectspecificantibodysecretingcellsandCKsecretingcellsinvitroaccordingtothebasicprincip
4、leofELISAtechnology.Becauseofitshighspecificityandsensitivity,itiswidelyusedathomeandabroad・Itisofgreatsignificancetoexplorethepathogenesisofautoimmunediseases・ELISPOTisfromELISA,andabreakthroughofthetraditionalELISAmethodisanextensionofquantitativeELISAtechnologyandnewdevelopment・Botharetestsforc
