2、革，大力加强中小学教师队伍建设”，我国当前促进体育教师发展的教师教育模式基本上以传统的学科授课式教育为主，不够注重体育教师在接受教育过程中的主体需要，通过对体育教师职业发展阶段的研究，将有助于培训机构根据体育教师的不同发展阶段来提供适宜的帮助能够使体育教师在不同阶段均能够接受到与实际需要相匹配的教育，并不断提高体育教师自身的受教育程度，从而也提升了体育教师教育的质量。本文以苍南县高中体育教师的队伍现状为研究对象，采用文献资料法，调查问卷法，访谈法对苍南县高中体育教师的现状进行了深入细致的分析，从
