1、AbstractObjective:ToevaluatemammographyX-rayexaminationofthecalcificationcharacteristicsofbenignandmalignantbreastdiseasediagnosisifthereisapatternofbenignandmalignantbreastdiseasecorrectdiagnosis,reducemisdiagnosisprovideabasistosupportandimprovethelevelofdiagnosisand
2、differentialdiagnosis,sothebreastgetearlydiagnosisandtreatmentofpatientswithmalignantdiseases,improvethesurvivalrateofpatients,improvethequalityoflifeofpatients.Methods:ThepresenceofcalcificationinmammographyX-rayexaminationandaftersurgery,biopsyandpathologicalexaminat
3、iontoconfirmthediagnosisofbreastcancercases,166casesofbenign,calcificationshapeanalysis,distribution,sizeandothercharacteristicsanddiagnosisofbreastdiseasesin.Results:(1)thenumberofcalcifications≥20/cm2,suchasthedensityofcalcification,localizedordiffusedistributionwere
4、locatedwithinthetumor,breastcancerishigherthantheproportionofbenigntumors(P<0.05),andcalcificationsinbreastcancerandbenignformthereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenthetumor(P<0.05).(2)MammographyXPhotographybenigncalcificationshavemorecoarseparticles,lessthetotalnumber
5、ofcalcificationsandcalcificationspersquarecentimeter,thehigherthedensity,solitaryorlocalizeddistribution,usuallylocatedoutsidethetumorcharacteristics.Moremalignantbreastcalcificationshavesmallerparticles,thetotalnumberofcalcificationsandcalcificationspersquarecentimete
6、rmore,thedensitywasequaldensity,localizedordiffusedistributionwerelocatedinthemass.Conclusion:MammographyX-rayexaminationofcalcificationshape,numberpersquarecentimeterofcalcification,density,distribution,andtherelationshipbetweencalcifiedtumordiagnosisofbenignandmalign
