2、0年是新农合试点工作的结束，继而进入新农合的全面推行阶段，但这并不意味着新农合研究工作的结束，随着社会经济和环境的不断发展，对新农合这一重要社会保障制度的研究还要进一步加强。本文从农户对新农合的需求及加强新农合的财务支撑为出发点，对新农合资金的供需进行研究与评述，从拓宽筹资渠道，降低筹资成本，加强筹资方式的创新等方面完善资金的筹集，从完善补偿方式，整合社会医疗保障资源，控制医疗费用等方面确保资金的有效使用，从而建立稳定持续的新型农村合作医疗制度的资金运行思路和办法。关键词：新农合；农户需求；财务支撑；可持续发展作者：贾婷婷II指导老师：陈忠ResearchonNewRuralCoo
