1、合作网络变动对知识网络的影响研究　　摘要：仿真分析了网络组织中企业进行关系调整对知识网络的影响。结果表明：网络组织中约1%到10%的企业调整关系时，企业的单一知识类别、组合知识类别和知识之间的关联程度迅速增加，企业之间的知识网络结构差别最大。约9%的企业调整关系时，网络组织的单一知识总量和组合知识总量会达到最大，企业之间的知识水平差距最大。超过10%的企业调整关系时，企业的单一知识类别、组合知识类别及知识之间的关联程度虽然仍很高，但单一知识总量和组合知识总量会逐渐减少，企业之间的知识结构差异化程度和知识总量差距都会减少。相比较于与
