2、ralProvisionsArticle1inordertostrengthenthesupervisionandadministrationofproductquality,todefinetheliabilityforproductquality,protectingusers,consumersandproducersandsellersofthelegitimaterightsandinterests,maintainsocialandeconomicorder,accordingto"people'sRepublicofChinaproductqualitylaw，zandrel
3、evantlawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualsituationofthisprovince,theenactmentofthisordinance・Secondintheadministrativeregionoftheprovinceengagedinproductproduction,salesandsupervisionandmanagementactivities,mustcomplywiththeseregulations・Exceptasotherwisestipulatedbylawsandregulations・Theprodu
4、ctsreferredtointheseRegulationsrefertotheproductswhichareprocessedandmanufacturedforsale・TheseRegulationsarenotapplicabletoconstructionprojects,buttheproductsinstalledandusedinconstructionprojectsshallbegovernedbytheseregulations・Thirdtechnicalsupervisiondepartmentsofthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabov
5、ethecountylevelarethecompetentdepartmentsofproductqualitysupervision,andareresponsibleforthesupervisionandmanagementofproductqualitywithintheirrespectiveadministrativeareas・Theproductqualityinspectionorganizationownedbythetechnicalsupervisiondepartmentofthepeople，sgovernmentatorabovethecountylevel
6、shallberesponsibleforthequalityinspectionoftheproductswithintheadministrativeregion.Industrialandcommercialadministration,health,laborandotherrelevantdepartmentsshallsuperviseandmanagethequalityofproductswithintheirrespectiveduties・Fourthproducersandsellersshallberesponsibleforthequalityoftheprodu
