1、颅内压增高时岩下窦改变的CT初步研究叶莹莹，张伟国，旷连勤，王毅，陈金华，张靖，张乐天，冉启胜（第三军医大学大坪医院野战外科研究所放射科，重庆400042）摘要：目的观察颅内压增高时岩下窦(inferiorpetrosalsinus,IPS)的多层螺旋CT(multi-slicespiralCT,MSCT)形态学改变，为临床相关诊治性操作提供影像学依据。方法临床收集8例颅内压增高患者和120例正常人IPS的CT资料，通过连续断面观察及多种后处理技术，对IPS分段测量后对比两组IPS的形态学变化。结果颅内压增高组：IPS起始部宽度为(9.56±2.31)m
2、m，深度为(2.39±0.55)mm；垂直段直径为(1.76±0.60)mm；出颅处直径为(2.28±0.44)mm；汇入颈内静脉(internaljugularvein,IJV)处的直径为(2.46±0.59)mm。与正常组比较显示：IPS起始部的宽度、出颅处直径大于正常组，IPS起始部的深度、垂直段直径、汇入IJV处的直径均小于正常组。结论IPS在颅内压增高时存在一定程度的形态学改变，MSCT是评价IPS形态学变化的准确影像学检查技术。关键词：岩下窦；多层螺旋CT；颅内高压中图法分类号：文献标识码：AImagingstudyonchangesofin
