1、分析康复护理对脑卒中的临床护理效果和应用价值南华大学附属第二医院湖南衡阳421001【摘要】目的探讨康复护理在脑卒患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月-2016年3月我院收治的脑卒中患者80例，采取随机抽样的方法将其分成实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组采取基础护理拭验组在对照组基础上进行3个月的康复护理。采取随机抽样的方法将其分成实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组采取基础护理拭验组在对照组基础上进行3个月的康复护理。结果治疗结束后实验组患者Barthel指数为(31.56士3.36),对照组患者Bar
2、thel指数为(17.39±4.12),两组比较差异显著，P<0.05o说明采用康复护理的脑卒中患者其日常牛活能力改善情况要明显优于采取常规护理的患者护理效果良好。治疗结束后实验组患者有效35例，占总人数的87.5%,无效5例，占总人数的12.5%；对照组患者有效24例，占总人数的60%,无效16例，占总人数的40.0%,两组比较差异显著，P<0.05o表明采用康复护理的脑卒中患者其治疗效果要优于常规护理。结论在脑卒中患者的护理治万中，选择基础护理加康复护理，可以提高治疗效果，因此适合在临床
