1、冠心病介入治疗后并发下肢深静脉血栓形成与护理干预（河北省邯郸市第一医院河北邯郸056000）【摘要】目的：观察和分析减少冠心病介入治疗患者下肢深静脉血栓的发牛及其预防与护理干预措施。方法：选取2012年12月到2014年12月我院收治的64例冠心病介入治疗患者，按照是否采用预防治疗方式分为两组，其中观察组32例冠心病介入治疗患者采取了预防下肢深静脉血栓治疗及护理干预，另外对照组32例冠心病介入治疗患者没有采取预防和护理血栓治疗。判断下肢深静脉血栓及肺栓塞形成的概率。结果：观察组冠心病介入治疗患者只有1例在手术后形成深静脉血栓，采取有效治疗后均治愈，没有

2、1例发牛肺栓塞。对照组未采取预防血栓治疗，6例患者出现深静脉血栓，2例出现肺栓塞，观察组明显好于对照组（P&t;0.05）,差异显著具有统计意义。结论：通过对冠心病介入治疗患者下肢深静脉血栓的评估，强化风险意识教育，可明显降低介入治疗后下肢深静脉血栓形成几率。【关键词】冠心病介入；下肢深静脉血栓；护理干预【中图分类号】R47【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）6-0759-02AnalysisontheafterCoronaryInterventionalTreatmentofLowerExtremityDeepVeinThrom
