1、双葛解酲丸对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠炎症及脂质代谢的影响魏文茂朱丽丽罗华丽蒲晓东通讯作者:蒲晓东。研究重庆市九龙坡区科委资助项目,编号201044.(400016重庆,重庆医科大学,中医药学院)【摘要】目的:探讨双葛解酲丸对酒精性脂肪肝模型的治疗效果。方法:将65只SD大鼠随机分为正常组(10只)和酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)组(55只),后者给予白酒灌胃建立AFL模型。8周后,处死其中5只(正常组1只,AFL组4只)病理组织学检查以验证其造模成功,然后将AFL组进一步分为模型对照组、双葛解酲丸高剂量组、双葛解酲丸中剂量、双葛解酲丸低剂量组和海王金樽治疗组。治疗4周末处死所以大鼠,检测血清大鼠
2、的血清肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、痩素(LEP)、脂连素(ADP)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)。同时对肝脏进行病理切片组织学检查。结果双葛解酲丸治疗组大鼠血清IL-6[62.49±34.16(pg/ml)],TNF-6[3.25±0.20(ng/ml)],FFA[572.16±45.37(μmol/l)]和LEP[1.89±0.21(ng/ml)]明显低于模型对照组与海王金樽治疗组(p<0.05),血清ADP[3.05±0.27(mg/ml)]明显高于模型对照组[2.17±0.37(mg/ml)]与海王金樽治疗组[2.69±0.32(mg/ml)(p<0.0
