1、我国美沙酮维持治疗研究文献的计量分析张春胡春华仏，潘群I,鲁玲X祝亚文I,苏亚玲I*武汉市武昌医院药剂科，武汉4300632戎汉市皮肤病性病防治研究所，武汉430030摘要：目的分析我国美沙酮维持治疗研究的整体水平.发展进程和研究热点，为广大研究者全面■系统地了解我国美沙酮维持治疗状况提供帮助。方法采用文献计量学的原理，以CNKI数据库中的中国期刊全文数据库作为统计源,对2003〜2011年收录在我国期刊全文数据库上的美沙酮维持治疗研究领域的文献•从时间分布、期刊分布、关键词词频、作者机构及科研

2、基金项目等方面进行统计分析。结果近年来美沙酮维持治疗研究发文童较高，单位分布主要集中在各级疾病预防控制中心、科研院所及医疗机构，研究热点以如何提高美沙酮维持治疗保持率，对患者采取各种干预惜施，提髙患者生活质量为主，同时各项科研基金对美沙酮维持治疗研究给予了高度重视.结论整体来看美沙酮维持治疗发文平台影响力不强，研究的内容虽广泛但不够深入细致，仍有许多内容需要进一步的探讨和研究。关键词：文献计量分析；美沙酮维持治疗中图分类号:R163DOI：10.3870/j.issn.1672-0741.201
