4、式Inautomaticmodethetensionisadjustedinresponsetothetension,asmeasuredbytheloadcell.TheHDWreadsthesetpointvaluefromtheStartandRunvaluesintheprogram(typically50and40kNrespectively).Thewinchisstartedwhenthe"WinchRun”contactisclosedfromthebeltstarter.Thisisnormallyafterthecon

5、veyorpre-startalarmhassoundedfor5seconds.Thewinchmotorisenergisedthenthewinchcontrolleradjuststhetensiontothestarttensionvalue.Whenthewinchtensioniswithin5kNofthestarttensionvaluefor2secondsthe"TensionOK”contactclosestosignaltheswitchgeartostarttheconveyordrivemotors・120s

6、econdsaftertheconveyorstarts,thewinchtensionisdecreasedfromitsstartvaluetoitsrunvalue.在自动模式下HDW的PLC通过张力传感器的反馈来调节皮带的张力。HDW的PLC在程序中读取启动和运转时的张力设定值(通常分别为100KN和70KN)。当皮带机启动器发出信号后绞车电动机通电。这通常在胶带机启动信号发出5秒之后。2秒钟后离合器和控制器电磁阀开始激活。绞车控制器调整张力到启动值。当张力在启动值的偏差5KN的范围内持续2秒钟，张力符合的信号反馈给皮带机启动器，
