1、BRMS1HDAC1VEGF-C在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义[摘耍]冃的探讨BRMS1.HDAC1及VEGF-C蛋白在乳腺癌、乳房纤维瘤及正常乳腺组织的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法随机检测60例乳腺癌组织标木BRMSkHDAC1、VEGF-C蛋口的表达,随机收集乳房纤维瘤组织及其旁正常乳腺组织各20例作为对照组,结合临床病理资料分析其临床意义。结果BRMS1在乳腺癌组织小表达率为60%,在乳房纤维瘤组织中表达率为85%,在正常乳腺组织中表达率为95%,乳腺癌组织中的BRMS1的表达明显低于乳房纤维瘤和正常乳腺组织(P〈0.05)。11
2、DAC1在乳腺癌组织屮表达率为91.7%,在乳房纤维瘤组织屮表达率为55%,在正常乳腺纽•织屮表达45%,HDAC1在乳腺癌纟R织屮的表达明显高于乳房纤维瘤和正常乳腺组织(P〈0.01),乳腺癌中VEGF-C的表达58.3%高于乳房纤维瘤25%和正常组织20%(P<0.05)o结论BRMS1、HDAC1和VEGF-C共同参与了乳腺癌的转移,联合检测BRMS1.IIDAC1及VEGF-C的表达有助于判断其预后。[关键词]BRMS1;HDAC1;VEGF-C;乳腺癌;免疫组织化学[中图分类号]R737.9[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-970
