6、·····································································42个人简历·············································································43中文摘要TXNIP及TrxR1蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义摘要目的:乳腺癌(breastcancer)是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率占全身各种恶性肿瘤的7-10%。近年来,乳腺癌已成为严重危害妇女身心健康及生命的重要的恶性肿瘤之一。因此,探讨与乳腺癌有关

7、的因素,寻找预防和治疗的有效方法,对判断预后、指导治疗、提高生活质量具有十分重要的意义。硫氧还蛋白相互作用蛋白(thioredoxin-interactingprotein,TXNIP)是一种氧化还原调节蛋白,它能够与硫氧还蛋白(thioredoxin,Trx)的活性半胱氨酸残端结合,从而抑制其清除活性氧的功能功能。大量的研究已证实,TXNIP基因与多种恶性肿瘤的有关,是判断肿瘤预后的重要指标。硫氧还蛋白还原酶1(thioredoxinreductase1,TrxR1)是存在于哺乳动物细胞内的一种调节细胞氧化还原状态的酶类,其重要功能是使细胞保持硫氧
