1、摘要本设计在毕业设计任务书的要求下，进行湖南省柿竹园多金属1850吨/日钨矿选厂的初步设计，最终产品为白钨精矿和黑钨精矿。在学校的安排下，在湖南省郴州市柿竹园进行了为期两周的毕业实习。在收集相关资料的基础上，确定各车间的工作制度，对设计工业流程进行选择和论证，最终确定破碎采用三段一闭路流程，磨矿采用两段全闭路流程；选别过程主要采用加温浮选、磁选以及细泥浮选，脱水工艺是黑白钨精矿经浓密池浓缩后，再进行真空过滤，最终进入精矿仓。对设计工艺流程进行了数质量和矿浆流程计算，对选矿厂主要工艺设备进行了计算和选型。设计也进行了厂房总体布置和厂房内的设备配置。根据地形条件，粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分开布置，
2、破碎设备采用混合配置方案，即横向配置与纵向配置并用。磨矿与浮选共厂房配置，其中磨矿设备采用纵向配置，浮选设备采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天，折带式真空过滤机与精矿仓配置在同一厂房内。完成了粗碎、中细碎--筛分、磨浮、脱水、数质量流程图、设备联系图和总平面布置图共7张图纸的绘制，其中粗碎车间图为手工图。关键词：柿竹园多金属矿；初步设计；黑钨矿；白钨矿ABSTRACTThedesignofthedesigninaccordancewiththemissionstatementofgraduationrequirements,HunanShizhuyuanMetal7565tons/dayoftu
