2、电厂生产系统初步设计的一个重要内容，对于大型锅炉，制粉系统已成为与锅炉燃烧设备共同组成不可分割的燃烧系统整体的一部分，因而其设计要与锅炉燃烧设备综合考虑，以满足锅炉正常运行对燃烧的要求。锅炉煤粉制备系统是将煤磨制成一定粒度的煤粉并输送至锅炉进行燃烧的所有设备组成的系统。本题目来自东北电力设计院工程项目“清河发电厂600MW扩建工程”的燃烧系统部分，根据长山发电厂扩建工程锅炉容量和燃用煤种的不同，选择不同的制粉设备，设计不同型式的制粉系统，并通过锅炉燃烧计算、制粉系统热力计算、制粉系统的空气动力计

3、算、选型校核计算确定相应的设备。总的来说是根据锅炉燃烧用的煤的特性和锅炉采用的燃烧设备来选择制粉系统和磨煤机的型式和参数，并对规定的制粉系统范围内的其它设备、部件、管道及元件进行合理的选型、布置和计算，以保证制粉系统具有良好的运行性能和技术经济指标。关键词：制粉系统磨煤机设备选型管道AbstractThedesignonpowerplantboilercombustionsystemisanimportantcontentofthepreliminarydesignonthermalpowerp
