3、ingorlivingabroadandinterviewed45studentswhomwereselectedatrandomintheWilliamBuildingandthelibraryofMiddlesexUniversityandnotfromtheUK.Inthisreport,themethodologyisdescribedandtheresultsofthequestionnairearegiven.Then,wewillanalyzethedataandexplainourresultsbyusingth
4、eoriesfromBrick(1991)andBoddyandPatton(1998).Afterthesectionofanalysisanddiscussion,theconclusionoftheresearchandthewholeworkofourgroupwillbemade.2.METHODOLOGYOurteamconsistofthreemembers.Weusedquestionnairetoobtaininformationaboutcultureshock.Weconstituteddifferentk
5、indsofquestions.Firstlywestartedquestionnairewithidentifyingpeople,whichnationalitytheyareandhowoldtheyare.AndthenwelearnedHowlongtheyhavebeeninLondonandwhattheirfirstimpressionoftheirdestinationwas.Iftheyexpresstheirfirstimpressionasexcited,welearnedwhathappened,eff
6、ectingthembadly.Thisquestionisrelatedsecondstageofcultureshock,depressionstage.Wefocusedontheproblemsandasked,whatthemostdifficultproblemtheydealed.Untilthirdstage,theymusthavefeltcultureshockalot.Inthispoint,wewantedtofindouthowtheyrespondtothecultureshock.Afterthey
