5、········································16七、工作危害分析表·············································17附、焊接工艺卡··············································181.基本概况1.1本项目为从齐鲁分公司第二化肥厂至胜利炼油厂新敷设一条5.0MPa氢气管线,进入重油加氢装置、一加氢装置、SZorb装置。氢气管线操作压力:5.0~5.07MPa,温度:常温。并增加部
6、分管墩以及过路桁架。最大管线规格Φ273×15,管线总米数3900米,阀门18只。1.2管道敷设说明1.2.1管道走向高压氢气管线DN250自第二化肥厂外供氢气高压控制阀前经二化院内的F点至E点,向西经C点经罐区间的管带直到管带B点。管线出二化围墙后过乙烯路至炼厂围墙,在三加氢装置附近新建管带。管线经三加氢南管带走重油加氢西侧管带,去重油装置DN200氢气支线从装置北管带进装置。氢气主管线经乙烯原料罐区北主管带后走北区中心路旁管带至一加氢装置1.3施工内容情况序号名称工程内容备注1管子Φ273×15,
7、2000米。Φ219×13,1650米2管件84个3.阀门18个4.T型管架60榀5.跨路桁架4组6.增设门式支架60个1.4工程特点1.4.1管线较长,沿途经过装置多,协调困难,且装置复杂,安全隐患多。1.4.2施工现场比较特殊,尤其是大部分管道需二次倒运至现场安装,降低了工效。1.4.3部分地段无法近距离接电施工,只能采用工程车发电来满足施工要求管,进一步降低了工效。1.4.4部分地点吊装困难。吊车无站位空间,局部管道的安装需用到大型吊装机具,施工成本大大增加。1.4.5需要跨过乙烯路,道路车辆过
