1、6306运输巷施工上向顺层钻孔安全技术措施根据矿井抽采部署要求，在6306运输巷施工上向顺层钻孔，为保证6306运输巷施工上向顺层钻孔时的安全，特编制此安全技术措施，相关部门必须遵照本措施执行，（注：本措施只针对6306运输巷碛头顺层长孔抽放期间施工上向顺层钻孔，6306运输巷贯通后施工上向顺层钻孔安全技术措施另行编制。）一、钻孔施工工艺及要求（一）钻孔施工工艺采用ZYG-750C型钻机、φ75mm钻头、刻槽钻杆加中风压排粉施工顺层钻孔。（二）钻孔布置6306运输巷全长约411m，钻孔从-60mS2以南4m开始布置1号孔，钻孔间距2.4m，设计深度100m，共设计1
2、70个钻孔，钻孔沿煤层真倾斜向上施工。（附件1：6306运输巷施工上向顺层钻孔布置图）（三）施工要求1.运输巷上向顺层孔施工前，打钻队首先对现场需施工的钻孔由北向南依次进行编号并挂牌，施钻时，按钻孔编号由南向北依次施工；打钻队施工时严格按放线法施工。2.钻孔施工过程中，只准1台钻机施工，施钻地点人员不得超过3人。3.钻孔施工前，由机电区提前形成抽放管路，每竣工一个钻孔Pileboredpilecanbeused,andartificialdiggingpile,prefabricatedreinforcedconcretesheetpilesorsheetpile,

4、dnotbesymmetricalonbothsidesusepiles,insettingupasupportwithouttheappropriatesupportmethods.2.1.4channelsteelsheetpilewhichisasimplesteelsheetpileretainingwallprosandconsbychannelsteelbucklelaporside-by-sidecomponents.Channel6~10mlong,modeldeterminedbycalculation.Features:steelwithgood

6、rGroove,supportorpulledtogethershouldbeinstalledatthetopanchor;Supportingstiffnessofsmalldeformationafterexcavation.2.1.5boredpileretainingwallonboredpileistheup-pilehasbeenwidelyusedinChina.Itsmorefortheexcavationofthepit7~10m,ingoodsoilintheNorthareaofChinahas8~9marmpileretainingwall
7、.Drillingperfusionpilesupportnursingwallbodyoffeatureshas:constructionShinovibration,andnonoise,environmentpollution-,nosqueezesoilphenomenon,onaroundenvironmenteffectsmall;wallbodystrengthhigh,stiffnessbig,supportnursingstabilitygood,9由打钻队进行及时封孔接抽。4.施工该碛头上向顺层钻孔滞后碛头距离不小于20m。5.施工时，打钻队
