1、实用标准文案毕业设计(论文)干旱胁迫对香蕉苗生理特性及其生长的影响学院农学院专业农学班级2010级2班学号1031100124学生姓名赵剑峰指导教师禤维言副教授2014年5月精彩文档实用标准文案摘要香蕉是我国重要的经济作物,是我国四大水果之一,为探讨干旱胁迫下香蕉苗的生理和生长变化,本试验以香蕉品种威廉斯B6幼苗为材料,设计三个不同程度的干旱胁迫处理和一个对照处理,采用桶栽控水的方法,其中,W1:土壤体积含水量28%—32%,为对照组;W2:土壤体积含水量为22%—25%,为轻度干旱胁迫;W3:土壤体积含水量为15%—18%,为中度干旱胁迫;W4:土壤体积
2、含水量为7%—10%,为重度干旱胁迫;通过测定香蕉幼苗的生理指标和生长指标的动态变化,试验得出以下结论: 1、干旱胁迫导致香蕉幼苗生理指标不同程度的下降或上升。干旱胁迫下,叶绿素含量出现明显的下降,而过氧化物酶活性、相对膜透性、丙二醛含量等出现明显增幅,随着胁迫程度的加剧,下降或上升的幅度更加明显。2、干旱胁迫导致香蕉幼苗生长指标不同程度的下降。在轻度、中度干旱胁迫下,随着胁迫的推进,香蕉幼苗株高、假茎粗都有一定程度的增加,但在后期增长不明显,重度干旱胁迫下,增长缓慢,后期几乎停滞;第二片展开叶叶长和叶宽前期有一定程度增长,后期表现出明显的下降;各处理茎
