1、第一章建筑设计1.1概况本设计为包头市明珠花园综合楼，平面布置呈“一”字形，主体为地上10层，地下1层，结构体系采用框架—剪力墙结构体系。总建筑面积为9511.74㎡，建筑高度为37.5m。室内外高差为0.60m,采用筏形基础。耐火等级为二级，建筑抗震设防烈度8度，建筑结构的安全等级为二级，结构设计使用年限为50年。1.2建筑设计原则建筑设计要求美观，经济，实用的原则。1.满足建筑物的功能要求。2.满足空间尺寸要求。3.采用合理的技术措施。4.具有良好的经济效果。5.考虑建筑美观要求。6.符合总体
2、规划要求。7.满足建筑规范要求。1.3建筑平面设计建筑平面设计是表示建筑物在水平方向房屋各部分的组合关系，建筑平面集中的反映了建筑物的功能，建筑平面又分为使用部分和交通联系部分。进行平面设计时，根据功能要求确定房间合理的面积、形状和尺寸以及门窗的大小、位置；满足日照、采光、通风、保温、隔热、隔声、防潮、防火等方面的要求。1.3.1柱网设计柱网有内廊式、等跨式两种，该设计采用内廊式柱网，柱距采用6.6m、6m，跨度采用7.8m、2.7m、7.8m，满足设计规定的房间使用面积要求。1.3.2过道的设置
