2、、中年组年龄45"--'59岁、青年组年龄<45岁)异常黑胆质病证患者的血小板活化分子CD41、CD62p及FIB的表达及相关性。结果:老年异常黑胆质病证组患者的CD62p及FIB显著高于其他不同年龄组异常黑胆质病证患者(P0.05)。结论:①异常黑胆质病证患者老年人居多。②随着年龄的增长异常黑胆质病证患者的血小板活化分子CD62p及FIB明显增加,患者血小板黏附蛋白CD62p表达和释放增加,处于激活状态。③就老年组的异常
