1、中文摘要医学教育是关系人民群众接受良好教育和享有医疗卫生服务这两个最为重要、最为直接的民生问题。在整个医学教育过程中，临床教学起着举足轻重的作用，而临床教师是发展医学教育的主要力量，建立一支高水平、高素质、能力强的临床教师队伍是提高临床教学质量的关键。随着高等医学院校招生规模的扩大，临床教学的资源特别是师资匮乏已成为制约学校发展的瓶颈。充分调动附属医院临床教师参与教学的积极性，提高临床教师的教学技能，可以有效缓解医学院校的教学压力，保证临床教学质量。本研究即拟从管理学和教育学的角度对临床教师队伍中存在的问题及原因予以分析，并在此基础上提出相应对策。主要包括如下四个部分
