1、摘要古丈县位于湖南中部的湘西自治州的东部，一个地区的音乐的发展、将受到这个地区特定的自然空间效应的影响。古丈县民间歌曲的产生和流传，必然也是由这个地方自然空间中的自然环境以及人文环境所制约和影响着。到底是什么原因使得如此闭塞的地方产生出了很多优美、神秘、并且赋有生命力的民间歌曲呢?这必然也离不开它背后的人文环境。古丈县地势地貌复杂多样，山峰尖而坡陡，峭壁高不可攀，正由于这样的地势，使得当地居民交通不便，与外界的沟通和交流不多，造成了当地人民音乐文化传播途径的单一性和发展的缓慢性，只能通过口耳相传将宝贵的民族民间歌曲一代代传承下来，因此便

2、保存了大量的当地民间歌曲。笔者通过实地采风以及资料收集整理的方式，把古丈县土家族的音乐分成了几大类，并通过实际谱例对其旋律音调特点、节奏节拍、调式调性以及歌词进行分析，从而总结出古丈县土家族音乐的基本特点。另外一个方面将是对古丈县土家族民间歌曲演唱形式、演唱和发声特点进行分析，并对其传承和发展现状进行思考以及提出措施。笔者研究此课题的目的是想通过总结古丈县土家族民间音乐特点，以让更多的人了解古丈县土家族民间音乐，并运用这些宝贵的素材来进行更多的民间歌曲创作，把传统的民间音乐搜集、整理、总结、提炼、创作。关键词：土家族；民歌；演唱形式；传
