1、实用标准文案罗布麻黄酮的提取及抗氧化活性的研究摘要:本课题以罗布麻为原料,采用乙醇浸提法提取罗布麻中的黄酮,考察了乙醇溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比、提取次数等因素对罗布麻黄酮提取率的影响,其中选择了乙醇溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比四个因素设计正交实验来优化黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并对羟基自由基的清除和对超氧阴离子清除等两个方面进行黄酮抗氧化性的研究。得到的实验数据表明,影响罗布麻总黄酮提取的主要因素为乙醇溶剂浓度、液料比,其次提取时间、提取温度。罗布麻中黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇溶剂浓度为65%,提取时间4h,温度80℃
