4、rwritingskill.Inapplyingthetheoriesoflanguagetransfer,interlanguage,contrastiveanalysisanderroranalysis,thisthesisisanattempttodiscussthemanifestationsandthecausesofChinglishbycitingalargenumberofexamplesinthewritingsofnon-Englishmajors.Inaddition,somei
5、mplicationsareworkedoutwithanaimtobettercollegeEnglishteachingandlearninginChina.Thethesisiscomposedofsixchapters.ChapterIfirstlygivesusageneralaccountofthepresentsituationofEnglishteachingandlearningincollege,andthenpointsoutthesignificanceandtheoveral
6、lstructureofthestudy.ChapterIIconsistsfiveparts.Firstofall,itproposesthedefinitionofChinglishandgivesabriefreviewofthehistoricaldevelopmentofChinglish.Then,twoterms,ChinglishandChinaEnglish,aredifferentiated,whichhelpstoclearupthewayforthestudyofChingli
