2、kesbothsidesisoneofthebiggesttradepartnersofeachother．InrecentyearstheEUhasremainedChina’Slargesttradingpartnerandlargestsourceofimportsofstatus，andisChina’Simportantforeigndirectinvestmentintechnology·-basedandservice·-orientedmanner．WhiletheChineseInspiredby”goingout”policy,changedfromtheinitiali

3、nvestmentintheEUreceivingcountriesintotoday’SEUinvestor．In2014，ChineseODIcontrasttotheEU’S185millionUSdollarsin2005reacheditshighestpointof$18billioninthedecadegrewbynearlyahundredfold．Inthispaper,wechooseChinaandtheEuropeanUnionasaresearchobjecttostudytherelationshipbetweentheODIandtradestructure．

4、BecausetheEUtradeandinvestmentdatabetweenthenewthirteenEUcountriesandChinaarelesscomprehensive，thepaperselectedtheoldfifteenEUcountriesastheresearchobject．ThedatabetweenchinaandEUchoosefrom1995to2014．ThestudyofChineseexportstotheEUtradestructureofthispaperistheOECDindustryclassification，andtheChine
