2、racksandthedevelopmentprospectsareveryslim.InordertoenabletheSMEtobeabletobreakthroughtheblockadeofthelargeenterprises,TheSMEnotonlyshouldbegoodatseizingtheopportunitiesofdevelopment,butalsoshouldcultivateauniquecorporateculturethatthemajorityoftheemployeesagree.Corporateculturegathertogethercorpo

5、tivedisadvantage.Undertheirpowerfuloppression,survivalanddevelopmenthasbecomedifficult.AsamajoreconomicpowerofChina'seconomicdevelopment,SMEneedtoconformtotherequirementsofthemarketeconomicdevelopment,tocultivatetheirowncorporateculture,toestablishasystemofmodernenterprisemanagement,toimprovetheco
