1、盾构带压进仓作业工法一、前言盾构施工以其安全、快速、高效在城市基础设施——城市地铁、市政公用管路建设中得到越来越广泛的应用。当盾构机在硬岩或自稳能力较强的地段掘进时,因地层本身有自稳能力,不需要在土舱蓄压以提供额外支撑压力,这种情况下可在无压下直接进入刀盘作业。当盾构机在软岩、富水地段掘进时,由于地层自稳能力差,必须利用盾构机自身及配套设备来提供使地层稳定的支撑压力(EPB),这种情况下便需采用带压进仓模式来进行刀舱内的各项工作。盾构施工中不可避免的要遇到复杂地层、要穿江过河、也要经过密集建筑群。而盾构上承担掘进功能的刀盘刀具是损耗件,在施工一定长度后达到磨损极限就得检查
