1、风险管理在胸外科护理管理中的运用与效果评价王丽丽胡凤蕴［摘要］目的：评价风险管理在胸外科护理管理中的应用效果，探讨胸外科护理风险要素。方法：2013年1月〜8月，医院胸外科共收治患者284例纳入对照组，2014年1月〜8月收治患者305例纳入观察组，前者执行经验式护理风险管理，后者执行系统性的风险管理，先识别护理风险，随后制定针对性的风险管理策略，最后制定落实持续质量改进计划。结果：观察组护理不良事件合计例次率、并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组病房管理评分、基础护理评分、危重患者护理评分、患者满意度评分分别为(96.2±2.7)分、(96.9&

2、plusmn;2.0)分、(96.5±2.5)分、(90.0±5.0)分高于对照组(93.3±5.5)分、(94.1±3.6)分、(93.7±2.7)分、(83.4±6.3)分，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：强化风险管理，有助于整体提高胸外科护理服务水平，降低护理不良事件发牛率，进而改善患者预后。［关键词］胸外科护理管理风险管理效果评价DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2015.27.10作者单位：277800,山东枣庄，枣庄矿业集团中心医院创作者简介：王丽丽(19
