1、雌三醇乳膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效杜琼平昌县人民医院四川巴屮636400摘要：冃的：研究雌三醇乳膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效，提供更多的参考价值为临床工作。方法：本次研究的对象为2014年5月到2015年5妇女在绝经后阴道萎缩案例，共78例，将其随机分成观察组39例，对照组39例，对照组的患者只应用乳酸菌胶囊治疗，观察组的患者应用雌三醇乳膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊进行治疗，治疗的时间都为7d,之后停药7d,最后对疗效进行评估，对观察组与对照组的患者进行6个月
2、的随访，看起复发的状况。结果：其总有效率观察组高达92.31%,对照组为79.49%,观察组比对照组明显的高，差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)o对两组的不良反应进行比较，差异没有统计学意义(p>0.05)o其复发率观察组为10.53%,对照组为23.68%,观察组比对照组低，差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)o结论：雌三醇乳膏联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效显著，有着非常好的安全性，临床值得对其进行进一步研究。关键词：雌三醇乳膏；乳酸菌阴道胶囊；萎缩性阴道炎；临床疗效
3、Abstract：Objective：TostudytheclinicaleffectofthreealcoholcreamcombinedwithLactobacillusvaginalcapsuleinthetreatmentofpostmenopausalwomenwithatrophicvaginitis,andprovidemorerefereneevalueforclinicalwork.Methods：Astheobjectofthisstudymay2014to20155womeninpost
